Joe del Valle is a native of Puerto Rico and grew up in Miami. He went to the University of Florida and is unfortunately a Gator (no way, GO GATORS!). Joe has called the Tennessee Valley home for almost 20 years. He has been in Commercial Real Estate since 2009. He is a former CPA, a real estate investor, a commercial landlord, and great negotiator. He is talented at finding creative solutions to difficult real estate issues.
Anne Ragland is a native of the Chattanooga area. She was born and raised on Signal Mountain, where she still resides. She has witnessed the many transformations the Scenic City has gone through over her lifetime. Anne is enthusiastic about the Tennessee Volunteers and is a proud Alum. She provides a personal attentive service to all of her clients.
Joe and Anne personally invest themselves with their clients. Assisting their clients in achieving their dreams is why they are in real estate.
