My goal is to redefine the typical commercial real estate advice given to prospective and current clients. I advise each client to view every transaction as an investment decision. Whether the intent is to be the owner/operator, investor, or even the tenant, there are several important business and tax strategies that should be considered. I will work diligently to be your Real Estate Advisor, as your Business Partner, not just an agent looking to close a deal.

As a former Certified Public Accountant (CPA), I have the combination of integrity, finance/tax knowledge, and solid real estate experience that allows me to exceed my clients’ expectations every day. I have gained a strong business experience while working for several Fortune 100 companies and as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a regional Real Estate and Investment Holding company.

My Focus:
1. Sale of investment properties, including retail locations (strip centers and single-tenant NNN leased properties throughout the Southeastern US), self-storage facilities, facilitating IRS 1031exchange transactions (to defer capital gains), and office buildings

2. Sale of businesses: discreet marketing to bring together buyer and seller, lead the sale process by negotiating all terms and conditions, including facilities and equipment, lease negotiations, non-compete agreements, due diligence, franchise agreements, and Seller to Buyer transition plans

3. Leases, including tenant representation, site selection, and lease negotiations (terms and conditions, lease agreement review, landlord/tenant improvements, renewal and purchase options).

4. Enjoy working with local businesspeople with international backgrounds
